All the Fixin’s

The Challenge

This community needed a modern, marketable refresh. The existing interiors felt dated, lacked first-impression appeal, and didn’t support the warmth and familiarity that families expect in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

The Goal

Reimagine the community with spaces that feel bright, welcoming, and tour-ready, supporting resident comfort, staff efficiency, and a stronger market position.

Our Approach

Warm & Inviting
Soft, layered neutrals with accents of color created approachable, residential comfort.

Resident-First Design

Layered Details
Updated lighting, artwork, and millwork details added depth and sophistication without overbuilding.

Brand-Forward Styling
Accessories and artwork created a cohesive story, elevating the community’s first impressions.
